A kid I dated in High School died Tuesday in a car crash. We hadn't kept in touch, but still I couldn't believe when I heard it. Someone I used to know so well, dead. I can't believe how crazy life is. Life is so fragile, and we all take it for granted.
This made me reflect on the people I love in my life. I don't tell them enough how much I love them and how thankful I am for them. Life could just end for any one of us at any time. But we always think it will never be us, or someone who is close to us.
I was also thinking how sad it is that people get more attention when they are dead. Everyone then starts to notice how great of a person they were, and all the good things they did. It's like we don't seem to care about someone until they are dying or dead. I wish that would change. We need to love and appreciate those who are alive and with us now, because we never know when they could be gone.
So to all my friends and family....I LOVE YOU GUYS!
