Vegas Baby!

We decided to take this opportunity, because Andrew might never have it again: 2 weekends off. He hasn't had a day off forever. From 2 jobs & school, he was totally burned out. Since we live so close to Vegas, and haven't been forever, we decided to go! Andrew's parents watched Jax for two nights! It was so great! I have TONS AND TONS of pictures of course. It might take an hour to view them all. I just had so much fun!

Here are the awesome condos we stayed in! There was a hot tub, but the pics are too hideous to post, sorry.

Here's us on the free shuttle that went from our condo to the strip.

I loved this sign. Everything is sexier in paris.

The weather there was so FABULOUS. It was in the 60's. I made Andrew hold my jacket.

The busy city looks so cool to me!

Ok , this "stone man" guy really freaked me out. I could swear he was fake. But his eyes were moving. It was so cool. I wanted a picture by him and he made a loud noise and flailed his arm out, scaring me to death!

Andrew spent about $1, trying his luck at the slot machines. He really had it in his mind to win a car, like on Vegas Vacation. I'm glad he doesn't make a living that way.

BEAUTIFUL eiffel tower! The Paris has to be one of my faves.

We tried to hit up all the free shows we could. This was one of them. This guy was freakin amazing. He could somehow eat fire, touch fire & roll around in fire, and not get severely burned. It was really really cool!

After we finished take silly pictures by this shrine thing, asian people came up with burning incense, knelt down, and started praying to it! Whoops!

We thought it was so funny that one of the hotels/casinos painted this super massively huge portrait of Donny & Marie on it! Are they really that big of a deal ?!

You can't come to Vegas without seeing the fountains at the Bellagio!

this was us by the end of day one.

The MALL! I love this mall! Andrew agreed to walk around in it for a few minutes with me

We rode the roller coaster in "Circus, Circus" It was mainly a giant waste of money, so I don't reccomend it.

Andrew took this picture, and I like it and don't know why. I would like it more if I lost 20 lbs.

Even though it must be fun to go to Vegas with tons of money to spend, you can also have a ton of fun doing free things, or just walking around! There is so much to see and do that doesn't cost a thing!
Hard Rock Cafe!!! Yum!

It's tradition that Andrew & I try on freaky masks while in Vegas.

Check out this creepy man "watching" the casino!

This is the show I wanted to see.

This free show "Show in the Sky" had to be the SLUTTIEST , SKANKIEST thing I've ever watched. And it was right there in the casino for all to see! We didn't know what to expect. It sure was cool, but probably R rated. Andrew enjoyed it a little too much. These girls were in lingerie acting out things you would typically do while wearing lingerie. Don't worry, these pics are safe.

can you do this?

Fremont Street Lights Show! These were cool! Andrew said he recognized this street from a lot of movies...

I'm afraid this is where the pictures end. And you thought it never would! If you made it to this point, good job!!
But I must share this:
When we checked in at the front desk, the guy asked where we were from. We said, "St. George"
He then said, "wow that place is SO NICE. What brings you here?"
We thought that was kind of funny and interesting. Yes, we were already aware that St. George is the best place on Earth, but were surprised to hear it from a Vegas resident.
We had fun in this CRAZY place, but are Very glad to be home in our safe, clean, little St. George with our baby Jax!

Its hard to be away from the babies, but so worth it! We love Vegas and I'm so glad you had so much fun! You guys did a ton of fun things! I'm way jealous. Every time we go we just hang out at my sisters and hit up the strip one night if we're lucky! I love all the pictures.

Vegas is a scary place. I am glad that you got to get a vacation. I love the naked statue and Donnie and Marie. That is great. You are just so cute. Remember all those choir days we had with like Tyson G, and Jason Willardson. Those were fun days.

Love all your pictures of Vegas! That's so cool you guys got a little getaway! Can you believe I've never been to Vegas. After looking through these I really think I need to make a trip! By the way, I'm so new to blogging, how did you put your name on your picture like that? I can't figure out how to change ours from the standard title.

I love Vegas. We like to go on day trips to go shopping and what not. Its pretty much my 2nd home. I'd stay there most of the summers with my aunt before she moved. I love how many fun CRAZY things there are. WE are going to go.I have never played the slots so we have been planning a trip to go sometime in the never future. Looks like you guys had a blast. LOTS of CUTE pics.

K I swear we took half of the same pictures when we were there a few months ago and they didn't turn out looking half as good as yours! You guys look so cute! Also... I've been wanting to ask you what kind of camera you have- or do you just edit the edges of your pictures and stuff to make them look even better? Ours always end up out of focus- or just not looking to awesome- but even the ones that you have other people take look SO GOOD! How? :) Teach me!

sorry, this doesn't have anything to do with your vegas post!! :D

Zumba is fun, you should come! We usually go wednesday nights at 8:30pm. It's at a dance center on riverside drive. They also teach it tuesday morning's at 9:15 at the rec center on 400east and also friday's at 10:30. They have a daycare there too and it would only be a dollar for you to put jaxon in there. They also teach at golds gym and desert palms if you have a membership there. You should come! Monica and I usually go to the classes on tues mornings and wed nights

Relax. Be nice. Whatever.
