hey alicia, I just created the header in photoshop and uploaded it in the header section at it's full size.
To post bigger pictures, resize them to how big you want them to be in photoshop (about 500 pixels wide is pretty good), upload to flickr, click on an image then all sizes, copy and paste the html below the image onto your blog post (the html, not compose format).
