Man bear is 4!!

Gosh, i do not have time to blog anymore.

its pretty sad because we've been doing lotsa fun things!

aaaand here is one of them!

JAX TURNED 4!

yep, and this kick A party is my doing :)

(my ideas were actually stolen from various blogs and pinterest) 

but if you need to throw a star wars party, come see me. i'm basically a pro at anything star wars related now. which i never thought i'd find myself saying...

i actually did make these cake toppers by myself in photoshop from google images.

i'm pretty proud of those!

yoda soda & light sabers

yoda soda: lime sherbet + sprite

light sabers: pretzel rods wrapped in fruit by the foot

lots of these pictures are blurry and i'm really not too thrilled about it.

the kids each got to choose a light saber when they arrived at the party.

i found the light sabers at the dollar store & halloween store when they went on clearance.

they had a blast fighting each other before the games started!

Jedi training Games

Star Wars musical chairs

on each chair , there was a star wars character taped on. when the star wars music started, they walked around the chairs. when the music stopped, they had to hurry and find a chair to sit on. i would choose a character and whoever was sitting on that character got a prize! the prizes  were these awesome darth vader suckers i found at walmart for 50 cents!

"Using the Force" Game

in this game they had to keep a balloon up with their light saber. they couldn't let it touch the floor!

they were using their "force" to keep it up cause that's what jedi's do.

see how star wars educated i've become?

everyone got a prize at the end. it was a glow bracelet. pretty clever huh? i thank pinterest. 

Another game i didn't get pics of was saving princess leia. I hid a picture of leia in a balloon and their job was to stomp all the balloons to find and rescue her.

i hate popping balloons and so did mason, so luckily the picture was found really fast and the game was over!

jax had to endure andrew's birthday on july 11th,

mason's birthday on august 1st,

and my birthday on august 12th.

FINALLY November 5th came at last and it was his turn!

he loved every minute of it!

we had a pretty good turn out i thought.

jax has made a couple new friends and they all were so dang cute with each other.

he got some dang cool star wars stuff...

he got very spoiled as usual!

see i've done my homework!

jax didn't dare fight darth vader. he kept his distance from him, but he'd make sure to keep his eye on him.

finally, he mustered up the guts to fight him

the kids LOVED fighting them!

then darth vader decided to be nice and give jax a present..

there was only one kid who was deathly afraid of him ...i was surprised!!

haha it was hilarious!

i can't believe i have a 4 year old. wow!

he's so busy and full of life, i can't imagine life without him.

he sure is a handful, but we love him around here.

mason loves him. he's such a sweet , protective, gentle big brother to him.

he's getting quite an attitude with me these days, which is not so fun to have to handle.

he's better when andrew is home; its almost like he likes to know that both parents are there.

i don't know why he enjoys giving me such a hard time! maybe its how he shows his jealousy about mason?  who knows.

he is such a smarty pants. saying and doing things that i can't even believe.

he's so social. he loves to play all day long with kids. and its a really nice break for me, so i'm thankful. he's very vocal and can tell me just about anything. which can be good and bad.

he likes to color, have me read books, do any type of craft with me, bake with me, help me mop, follow me around, decorate for holidays, play light sabers with dad, go on walks, play board games, go to preschool, go to grandma & grandpa's house.

STILL hates to eat. will SOMETIMES take a nap, SOMETIMES.

There's a quick little update on my stinky jax man. i love that boy so much.
