day one.

"salami way of thinking diet" day one.

today i ate:
-a protein shake (banana, ice, pb, choco protein powder, oats)
-a bottle of water
-8 slices of salami
-a small lean cuisine bbq chicken pizza
-a bottle of water
-one bite of jax's corndog
-a bottle of water
-small serving of shepherds pie
-one small bite of french bread
-3 small onion strings from chili's (leftovers)
-one starburst
-three dove dark chocolate squares
-a bottle of water


maybe if i do this, i'll realize what i'm eating, and want to control it better.
