Andrew & APX

So... for all of you who are wondering, Andrew's job is going good. I don't know if I dare say great because our luck is prone to change at any time. But for now, he is doing really well. He is installing now instead of selling, which seems to be a much better fit for him. A typical day of his usually starts in the afternoon (unless he got started doing a job the day before, and wasn't able to finish that day for some reason, then he could start in the morning). Basically, he waits around for a call telling him that a system has just been sold, and where to go to do it. There are 9 techs (installers) I think, and he is number 4 on the list. (that means there are three people before him that get called to go out first. The further up you are on the list, the better chance you have of getting more installs a day, if that makes sense!) If you are fast at installing, you can get bumped up on the list, which usually he does! Today he was 2nd on the list! Most of the time he gets home pretty late, like 11:30 ish. That's not very fun for me, because I am stuck home with Jaxon ALL DAY with no car. But at least he is out making money! It could be worse! I am friends with the girl who works in the office and she said he is a pretty fast installer, and he is doing very well! That's such good news to hear, especially for him being a 1st year, and after all the crap we have been through this month (with the selling :( . Yesterday, (Memorial Day) he got 4 installs! It was kind of sucky that he had to work on a holiday, but he got paid more per install! He did so well! I am so proud. So...that's how he is doing! We just hope things can keep going well for him out here!
