practice.

as you maybe know, i don't ever use flash for my photography..

Well, this last weekend I was part of a boutique &  had my own booth in Richfield, where I had thought about doing indoor portraits of kids.  It was in a basement, so I would have no natural window light..yikes! I found a couple of people who were nice enough to let me borrow their studio lights (thanks guys!) , but was told that they take awhile to master. I decided against that whole thing and I'm glad. Flash photography is not my thing, but someday I'd like to learn. I've seen awesome things done with studio lights. I would definitely need to take a class or have a few months to figure it out myself (since that's what i've done with everything else so far!), if i want to do it the right way and have it look decent.  I wish I could afford those dang classes! they'd really come in handy. oh well, someday!

ANY-WAY.

i thought maybe i could make it work with my off-camera flash, and decided to practice...yeah.. i'm not so good with flash! but i do love this stinky child & though i am quite aware that these look like poop, i thought these were worth sharing. mainly for grandmother purposes, because dang, he sure is a stud!
