i appreciate all my readers, and i'm pretty sure someone in my family is just trying to stir up some drama because they are bored, i guess?
But, I am bugged.

Here are some things all should know:
A) If you don't like my humor, then you don't have to read my blog. it's that simple. i'm not going to change who i am for a few people who get really weird about things that most can take as a joke. unless i'm being really offensive, no one really has a right to tell me what i should and shouldn't write on here. even if i am your daughter. because the fact is, I'm grown up now. and the self image i choose to make for myself, is up to me. if youre embarassed because my behavior reflects back onto you, and makes you look bad in some way, well then that sounds like something you need to overcome.
B) Being a "happily married straight woman who believes in gospel and family" has absolutely zero to do with how i take pictures and run my business, thank you very much.
C) this is NOT my photography blog. If you're solely interested in my photography, that's awesome. Visit that blog. This blog is where I post family stuff, personal stuff, MY OPINIONS, and it's a place where I can be myself because i don't think i really should need to please anyone. and i also don't really think being myself is such a bad thing.
if this ruined a professional relationship you'd want to have with me, then I'm probably not the photographer for you anyway. there are TONS of photographers out there these days, & if my personal life doesn't fit your expectations, that's fine. you can choose someone else.
the funny thing is, i'm not usually a rude , straight-forward person. i'm pretty well-mannered but occasionally i say things. i'm quirky and a little crazy, but for the most part , i am a nice, trustworthy person. but i'm not really a pushover and i don't deal well with people trying to tell me how to run my life. that's when this meaner person comes out. sorry you all had to see it.

i love you the way you are! i wouldn't change you for a million dollars! usually if family wants to stir up drama there is a reason why they do. if you ask me its because there jealous or envy what you have. So don't let that get to you. there other people thoughts and if they want to say something and get there thoughts out there then they can start there own blog.
hahah i went back and read those comments...You expressed yourself exactly the way you should! This is your personal blog not your professional photo blog so you can say whatever you want. I think your business will do just fine based on your talent and it shouldn't make a difference on your life choices or your sarcasm.

K this is stupid...all over being sarcastic about a “girl crush”. hahhah if it is someone in your family then you are right they need to get over the fact that your humor will ruin their rep....because trust me something this small and non-serious won’t affect them at all; go murder someone or REALLY become gay and leave your family and then we’ll see who’s talking!!! (p.s. 98% people in the world would not take offense to your comment)! Agreed to EVERYTHING you said, if people don’t agree with your humor then they don’t have to read your blog or have you to take their pictures HA. Trust me you have plenty enough people that love you just the way you are. NEVER CHANGE …you are wonderful!

I am so sorry that you even have to write things like this on YOUR blog. This is where you can be you. For me my blog is my journal and I say what I want how I want. Well, i still missed something but i will say that YOU ARE GREAT!! I love when people are themselves and your family blog is where you can be yourself. Family members think that because they are family, they can say all the crap they want...I say they can do it on their blog not ours...
