My Handy-Andy Man

Andrew is so handy to have around. And he's the kind of guy that gets things done (unlike me). Well, we got new couches. I was gonna post a before and after on the couches, but our old couches were so hideous that I couldn't bring myself to do so. So here are our lovely new couches that we got for an uh-maz-ing price! I just love them. Since we got the new couches, we wanted to give the rest of the room a little face-lift. Mostly everything we have is from the D.I. or a yard sale or home-made. But I kinda like it that way. Then I can change things the way I like them and not feel bad about ruining them. So, we have these fabulous yard sale tables. I think we got the whole set for 25 or something. You'd never know it though. They are so sturdy and nice. But they have some scratches and I'm not crazy about the color..... So my Handy-Andy took on this awesome little project! He sanded the tables, stained and varnished them. Varnished? Is that how you say it?? I don't know. But they look wonderful and terrific! Good job Andrew!!!
