New Job

I haven't posted for awhile. (Awhile for me is 5 days. Sad!) The reason I haven't is because nothing fun has been going on. And the reason for that is- I got a job. Yes, a job. Apparently Andrew's two full time jobs weren't enough- BLAH! So I had to go get one. I am working at Cliff View Assisted Living as a CNA. It's not a bad job, really. Well, I guess that depends on what you call a bad job. If you know what a CNA does, you might consider that bad. But as far as CNA jobs go, this one could be the best of them all. (Except maybe working in a clinic, where CNAs do blood pressures all day, that would be easiest.) ANYWAY...I am working "part-time" which I don't really know what that means. I thought I did. But I found myself on the schedule a lot more than desired. That's okay, I guess. More money! I work PM shift which is 2-10. The part that really stinks about this whole ordeal is the Jaxon factor. It's hard to have to juggle 3 jobs and a baby- With one car! But we do it. Somehow. Thanks SO MUCH to Monica (Andrew's sis), who lives nearby and watches Jaxon whenever I ask, even if it's last minute!! She is the best!! Anyway, so that is my new job, and my feelings on the subject. UGH. Andrew says it only has to be temporary, but I don't agree. He works 7 days a week. So if anyone gets to quit a job, its gonna be him! Especially when he starts school next semester! Ahhhh! I don't know how that's gonna happen- but it's gonna have to! Sorry for the sob story, I guess I am lucky to have gotten a job at all in this economy. I just had to ventilate and put it all in words, like I often do. And by the way, it SNOWING! Yes, right now! In St. George!!! Yipee!

I am so sorry that you had to get a job. I bet it is hard leaving your little one. It will be nice to have more money though. And that is nice you don't have to use the day care system. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!

It is way hard to work when you have a baby. I have always had to work until this year when I found a job that I could take Kelton with me too. I am sorry you have to work it hard, but some days its nice to get that break. Its also nice that you have andrew's sister to watch Jax. Its so hard to take them to daycare. Kelton would cry everyday and I hated it!

You are one tough chick! You can do it! We're cheering for you in Michigan. :) Could we stop by and say hi on the 28th? (Its a Sunday and we'll be on our way to Vegas.)

Relax. Be nice. Whatever.
